Woot refurbished items are a toss up. It might be NOS ("New old stock") or a heavily USED item that has been cleaned and repackaged. You might get lucky and get a pristine item.

I got a refurb G502, used it for a year, put in a box for a year, and back to using again for another year no problems Smilie Great find!
