Alaska Airlines / Hawaiian Airlines and Booking.com have round trip airfares travelling from Boise ID (BOI) to Tokyo Japan (NRT) for $723, making 1 stop both ways. There are several flights to choose from for both departing and returning. Not sure why when I tested this on Alaska Airlines website, it doesn't show baggage allowance for carry-on and 2 free checked bag. It simply shows a regular domestic Saver Fare allowance. On Booking.com, I'm seeing that you're allowed a personal item, a carry-on bag and 2 free checked bag so definitely keep an eye out on that.
