This is a normal deal
True, but it is often out of stock. and compared to regular sub. prices of $12 a month, it's close to a 30% savings. So it is a deal for those not aware of this option.

Yep, it's probably normal price, but I wasn't aware of it and bought one. Thanks!

Also physical cards at Best Buy and Target for $99. Sam's club has for $97. Used my target card for 5% off. Didn't know these were a thing. Thanks op. https://www.target.com/p/spotify-...A-88022006

Wonder why they don't offer an 'e' gc option, so much easier and quicker.
FYI, Target DOES NOT permit the use of gift cards for payment on these, Walmart DOES. So if you have discounted Walmart Gift Cards from somewhere, it's a great option to use them.
if by that you mean the ability to download the music you flag for use offline, yes. the ability to access it once the subscription ends, I'm not sure if it is accessible once the sub ends.

no, what I am looking for is a subscripton that allows me to stream lossless music (usually FLAC)

Stop posting this. Spotify already raised the price on Amazon to the regular yearly price. I used to get additional 5% off the $99, now I have to buy it from other retailers and lose the 4%. $99 is not a deal. Those that want it would know about it. Amazon had it at this price for years. I know a few other retailers do too.
"STOP POSTING THIS"
NO, I WON'T. Complain to the mods if you have a problem.
$99 IS A DEAL if you're currently paying $11.99 per month. DO THE MATH.
Never saw one in the years I've had it. Years ago, redditors said they were able to convert family to individual, apply discounted gift cards, then convert back to family and keep the balance. Not sure if still possible.

If you don't even know it exists, and you are paying full price, it is a deal. I'll go with the thumbs up votes, not the threadcrappers.
