These guys make the worst firmware on the planet. I bought a pro keyboard, they replaced it, still bad, they gave me this, still bad. All of them randomly duplicate letters while you're typing. I'm a programmer and a gamer. Nobody should have to put up with that. I'm happily using a Razer keyboard. It's the same one I bought my wife so we knew it worked.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on this keyboard. After reading your comments I looked into this keyboard more and your firmware issues are just one of the many issues reported. Corsair's support was terrible as well. I was going to pull the trigger on this deal, but your post kept me from buying a keyboard with a lot of issues. Thank you so much.

Corsair used to be the sh*t during Fry's days in the late 90s and early 2000s from a "brand name" perspective especially for memory. Guess they've gone downhill since then.

i had the exact opposite experience with razer and logitech, especially logitech. found corsair to be the most reliable both physical build quality and software. iCUE will stop working every few months and you'll have to reinstall. however, nothing bad will happen when it stops working since all my products are set to onboard memory mode.
