I have this, using an iphone 15 usb c to usb c, only gets 10w max. No where close to advertise. Most useful for charging overnight.

I see an ETL logo in the picture of the back but it doesn't say anything about it in the description.

Why would you want that? USB has charging standards, I think some QC protocols put out 12v at certain fast charging levels but certainly not full time/default. I don't see any QC/PD specs for this listed

Maybe I got lucky because my largest power bank supports it. I have a USB C to barrel connector cable that replaces the AC 120v-DC 12v adapter on a heated perch for my aging parrot (long story).

It's definitely ETL certified. I purchased several of these when they were $5. Basically, it's a glorified extension cord....but it can handle a higher load than many basic extension cords. It's a good quality, safe product. There are too few A/C outlets, though.
I wouldn't rely upon these "strips" for USB charging purposes. They're all inadequate in that regard. There's certainly no harm in having the USB ports (just in case). There's no surge protection (some automatically assume that all power strips are also surge protectors).
