Yes, most likely used. If you don't see dandruff flakes, hair gel stains or your head doesn't itch while wearing them, you should be okay at $22. They hopefully were reconditioned and cleaned. At this price, it's not a bad deal. They're $59.00 on Amazon and have 3.8 reviews.

It's luck of the draw. I've had completely sealed brand new Woot items that were listed as open box, and ones that looked new but were clearly repackaged. If you get them and they looked open, clean them up with a soft cloth and 1:1 water-isopropyl solution and they'll be good. The A10 Gen2 is a pretty solid headset for $22. Comfy, good sound, good mic, decent construction.
