Don't know why people take my comment as negative, just trying to save people's money. The supplement business is hard to wade through, many are ineffective. Liquid and liposomal formulations are the best, you have to get what is absorbable, otherwise you poop out useless supplements. If you buy probiotic pills, it should at least say acid-resistant:

Not all probiotic pills make it past the stomach. Without clear labeling indicating a protective delivery system, many probiotic bacteria may simply be destroyed by stomach acid before reaching your intestines.

As far as where I got my kefir culture, I got kefir grains from Amazon, I got Tibetan organic grains, I heard Tibetan has the best kefir grains. I tried to get it locally from the Tibetan Buddhist centers but they didn't have any, or at least willing to sell/give me any.
