Seems like a lot of money for a no-name online brand.

Sad to say, but not really. Closest I found for something possibly "better" would be the clearance Kobalt Metric and SAE sets for $82. But they skip sizes and YMMV on finding them and Lowes warranty replacement seems to be a PITA, with reports of some stores wanting receipts and the entire set.

If you want easy, local in store exchanges with no skips, Icon at HF is like 3x the cost, and so is HD's Husky Master Set. Tekton is priced similar, though you're now getting easy warranty service online so it takes a photo and a week or so for the replacement when you need it now.

This was $59 with a coupon code in February (and I think a few times since then). I bought it then and while I have not used them extensively, they seem pretty nice, especially for that price.

Yeah, these go on sale all the time from real brands with a lifetime warranty like Gearwrench, Craftsman & Kobalt.

If there is one tool you are going to break, it's a ratcheting combo wrench. Even with a good brand, one drop to the garage floor and tiny pieces go flying.

This is way too much to spend on no name tools.

I just got their torque wrench set for that crazy low price, it was cheaper for all 3 than I paid for my 1/4" Tekton 🤔.

That being said, I'm looking forward to opening them up and checking them out. Being in the electrical trade and doing car maintenance at home for a long time definitely helps me gauge tool quality and I can get an idea of Suzume's quality.

Sometimes no- name stuff can be surprisingly good. I've been buying magnetic tips and bits from a brand called Geinxurn or something and the quality for the price is fantastic. Entire kit with a few dozen bits for what I've paid for 5 or 10 of a name-brand one.
