I wish i had a reason to use mine more. I used it for about 2 weeks after I got mine then only use it to inspect roof. Depends on where you live, it can be very restrictive and I never pull it out on the beach where it would take some really cool photos. For example, we took it down to Key West and then most of the places we went had signs for no drones as well as the limited airspace restrictions due to the airport/naval base.

I got mine (Mini 4K with an extra battery) from this seller (AeroTech Hubs) during Prime Days. Shipping was slow, but it was fulfilled at least.

Good drone. Fly more combo would be nice. But this was just $239 during Prime Day a few weeks ago.

A lot of times, these sellers on Amazon are not authorized retailers of DJI. Anyone ever have concerns with this?

I had this last year. I felt like I had fun a few times, besides that I didn't know what to do with it. On beaches in Hawaii, I felt like a creep, can't fly it around many areas (national parks etc). It works very well though and makes very nice videos. Make sure to keep all the protections on.

I got burned by one of the sellers on Amazon for a DJI product. Eventually Amazon made good on it and reimbursed me. But I had to wait until the delivery date passed before they would do anything. Just tied up some money for a period of time.

Same, although Amazon cancelled my order about a week after purchase saying something along the lines of "we have reason to believe the seller cannot fulfill this order", basically saying the seller is a scammer. They refunded my money and said if the package does arrive, please let us know.

Be very careful with these 3rd party sellers on amazon

I bought this from the same seller on July 10 and it was delivered on July 14. UPS tracking showed it was shipped from Singapore. Unbelievable!

Does anyone know if these are GPS locked for the Washington DC area in that they will not start up....I know it is a no fly zone, but does DJI still enforce that?
