Naw, it's the specs alright. Nowhere did it state technical or motherboard spec, unless you want the CPU, RAM chipset as well.

I have a similar spec computer I built myself and 1440p is great. 4k is even fine on older or less demanding/better optimized games, or even more games if using DLSS. I'm currently playing Doom Eternal (I know it's old, my backlog is crazy) at 4k nightmare settings with RT maxed and I'm getting 120+fps most of the time. No issues with the 12GB of VRAM so far...
