Not if you want a good screen which the Best Buy deal didn't have. CPUs are similar enough, this one is a bit faster on single core, twice the ram (whatever 50 bucks), but it's not a desktop, no real path for most users to just upgrade the screen down the line and 300 nits 1920x1200 is pretty mediocre.

The difference comes down to little things. And Matthew Moniz opinion is for the Intel version. But, since the AMD version is now a bit cheaper ($2300 for the Intel verison today at Microcenter, this is $2050 for the AMD version), that can play into your value decision.
