what did you tell them? I got denied with the reason that "to get the eligibility the product need to available for shipping as well"
Just said I wanted to buy the case but also price watch, sent them the MC link and also mentioned the local MC store to me

Did you have a Wells Fargo insider's card? Chat is saying I need to go into the store for the price difference refund since I paid with my own Master Card credit card.
They told me the same thing. Have to go in for the refund. Only certain CC allow for the over phone refund

Best Buy price matched for me in chat, but made me purchase it first and then do a rebate because they say they couldn't enter it as a price reduction. I'm still waiting for the order to process (and partial refund apply). Weird also because they cancelled my order for the same thing when I bought it two weeks ago at $59

Thought it was a great deal at the $70 when I picked it up a week ago. Just got around to installing today. One of the better cases I've built with. It's very large for supposedly being a mid tower. Dwarfs my other mid tower by a considerable amount.
Couldn't agree more about the size problem... the H5 is also a bit laughably labeled as compact. However, these cases also support ridiculous board sizes (E-ATX) and full size power supplies. Not sure what marketing requirement has them positioned the way they are but at this price do ANY of these gripes matter?

Good luck!
Jon

I bought one a couple of weeks back, the last time the case dropped to $30. I am really happy with the purchase; it is a bargain for $30. I moved my components from a NZXT 510 case, so I could get more room to upgrade my graphics card and this case definitely has a lot more space. It is a really easy case to build in and I like the look of the black and white build I did.

I left the store without buying since the case is just too too too big. You really need to see it in person before buying.

i tried this and got a good agent who would've done it no questions asked, but seems like it's already out of stock online Frown

I just picked on up in Baltimore. They had about 9 left. 30 dollars out the door. I agree with one of the other posters it's very big in person but I suspect it has a lot of padding for transport

I agree. I just picked one up. I think there is a lot of padding for shipping so hopefully it's little more manageable when I get it out of the box

Becareful with BB chat agents, I had an issue with a TV I ordered years ago where they claimed they would match after order, then delayed that, and it ended up taking hours of chats and eventually reaching out to higher ups at corporate for them to mail me a check, I lost money on that if I charged even minimum wage for the time spent (and it was for a check over $300)

I just built in this case and I really like it. Very easy to build in, looks nice, lots of room for everything. Really good cable management and the PSU vents out the side. Just know that it is large and not the best for carrying. I got it for 50$ so I have to go back to the store for a price adjustment, 30$ is insane value for this.
