SEER 18.5. This is also not a quick-connect/DIY unit so you're going to need an HVAC tech to install it.

If you're handy you can install this yourself you just need to pull a vacuum on the system to remove all air and check for leaks. They also generally pre charge the compressor unit with refrigerant

the refrigerant in this is R-32, according to the ahri directory - https://www.ahridirectory.org/det.../217022872
much cheaper and more available than the other new proprietary refrigerant, r454b which is a 70/30 blend of R-32 and R-1234yf.

Not true, you just need to buy a $80 vacuum pump. the compressor is pre charged.
