Reviews look pretty bad. Proprietary battery that died after a year and costs 80 bucks.

I questioned your comment but then I looked at the most recent reviews. It seems that it doesn't last very long.

If you simply rely on the average star rating, then you do not get an accurate representation of this product review since this company has a few different items available. Amazon should incorporate some filter feature when companies do something like this.

All these powered sprayers are poor quality. The Milwaukee has something like a 2.5 or 3 star because of reliability. I've had 2 of the DeWalt sprayers now and both have failed in less than 6 months and I take meticulous care of them. It's ridiculous especially considering their inflated price tags.

Always be sure to read the most recent reviews, which in this case show that there are many fake positive reviews

Might be worth looking into if this really uses a knockoff system battery. Doesn't make sense for manufacturers to reinvent batteries when they can just copy an existing system and maybe make a minor change so the batteries can't be a direct swap.

e.g. The HF Bauer system really uses Dewalt 20V batteries but made a small change (physical tab) to prevent you from using Dewalt batteries directly. Solution? Just remove the tab. That's what I did to use the Bauer sprayer with Dewalt batteries.

There is and has been for as long as I can remember. Just click " See more reviews" and filter as needed. I filter by the specific product/model all the time.

I spray a lot (herbicide, insecticide, deck cleaner, bleach...) for my home. Been through 2 battery sprayers and pump ones. They start great, but eventually the nozzle/hose/container will begin leak over time. And always gradually losing pressure. Even with cleaning them after uses.

So I'll just spend $30 every few years on a pump sprayer. Currently using this one from Harbor Freight on year 3: https://www.harborfreight.com/law...63092.html

I ended up buying this but not from Amazon - but the price is wrong from OP. Says $215 for me.

I bought this from Z*ORO.C*M using Capital One code for $186 free ship.

I have a 4 gallon hand pump unit I bought a while back - it's uncomfortable on my back - the hand pump just sucks and the sprayer is clogging. I was looking for battery powered. So, I suppose the battery will die eventually. I'll deal with this when the time comes.
