With that much water intake I'm curious how much in day you spend peeing.
I change out shirts and shower twice a day on those days. Its normal amounts of pee I imagine, nothing scary yellow. The sweat is constant... you want to be sweating anyhow as if you stop sweating thats probably not a good sign.
