I ordered it online for free store pick up. It took 2 hours for Macy to send a confirmation, but the cancellation window is only 15 minutes. So if you want to camcel you have to return it at Macy store. Otherwise Macy will deduct $9 to ship it back. The luggage made by ABS and the carryon is measured at 45 linear inches. No TSA locks.
