What? Is it a new thing in states? People are trying to price match with a different brand, specific and store? This sounds crazy to me.

Just cheapskates who willingly disregard the norms of acceptable behavior. The same people who try to commit return fraud or try to return Costco items years after purchase. Or those who will but 50 of a deal to flip. They just eventually ruin things for everyone else.

Lenovo will price match comparable models from different brands and stores. I.e. same CPU, GPU, storage, ram and display size. Literally says it on their website site.
Equating asking a store for a price match, which they offer, to return fraud is seriously short-sighted and actually clueless.
