I just bought this cpu and a similar motherboard like 6 hours ago. Let's hope Amazon can actually cancel the order this time. This ends up like $100 cheaper.

I have this exact combo running my unRaid server, powered on 24/7 and with custom "under voltage" settings of around -60 across the whole cpu package. It's been solid for months.
Make sure to UPDATE MOTHERBOARD BIOS!
it's one of the few (and cheapest) z890 boards with 4 pcie slots. The main x16 slot can bifurcate to x8x8 or x8x4x4. The other slots are (electrical) x4, x4 and x1.
When the board first came out, the 2.5g Ethernet did not play well with all OS's, but I have no issues now.
I haven't tested extreme undervolting, but my current power draw from the wall is 58w average during idle. (That's with an old LSI 24port HBA ~15w and an 10yr old gold PSU).
The bios menu is pretty easy, lots of options.
