I own these and paid about $20 more for mineedit: crap it didn't save my whole comment lolI'd say these are a steal at this price. The audio quality is very good, and there are three ways you can record: 1) you can plug the receiver directly into your phone with the adapters, 2) you can connect to a recorder using aux, and 3) you can record directly to the mic and then transfer the files with USB.The last feature is almost never included or it costs a premium, and makes these mics stand out from others. Also, if you just want a wireless receiver system but you already have high quality wires mics, you can plug your lapel mics into these. All in all, I highly recommend this set, and if it weren't summer break and would take weeks to get a PO filled at my school, I'd order a few of these for my broadcast and video production courses.

Great price. I have this mic system and it's been excellent. Paid around $100 I think. Would buy again.

Found the CM28 PRO on Amazon for $62.29? Anyone who can tell the difference? Is the extra $ worth to get the pro instead.

One Amazon review mentions that the pro version is not as good as the non-pro model. What are the differences that you could find?

I have these microphones and for the price they sound amazing even before post processing through Premiere Pro. I wanted to buy the DJI Mic 2's but for $60 it's really a great deal.

Can this be used as a hot mic?
I noticed there's cord with two 3.5mm male

Example use is for coaching sports or running party games where my hands are busy doing something else.

This is an awesome deal. Got this for my wedding back in December at around the original price. Worked great with an iPhone with the receiver plugged in and had the right adapter. Plugged the transmitter into the DJs sound system and worked great. No idea how the mics themselves work independent of a sound system

Non-pro model is $90. This is a good deal!

The CM28 and CM28 Pro are both compact wireless lavalier microphone systems designed for creators who need portability, clear audio, and easy device compatibility. Both models offer up to 200 meters of transmission range, 4 GB of internal recording per transmitter, and strong battery life (around 9 hours on transmitters). They come with a charging case and feature one-click noise cancellation, magnetic mounting, and built-in windshields, making them ideal for interviews, YouTube, or mobile filmmaking.

The main difference lies in how the receivers connect to your device. The CM28 uses clip-on dongles for USB-C or Lightning, which some users find more prone to movement or damage. The CM28 Pro switches to short aux-to-USB-C/Lightning cables, offering a more secure connection. Additionally, the Pro version appears to feature improved noise cancellation, making it better suited for outdoor or noisy environments. If you prefer convenience and budget pricing, the CM28 is a solid option. For more secure connectivity and better noise handling, the CM28 Pro is worth the upgrade.

For $3 more, isn't the CM28 Pro a no brainer between these two?

In for 1. I forgot about the pro model or even to look at it. This should work for what I need.

I plan on using this on my gopro Hero 10. I got the media mod which I think you will need for this to work. The media mod already has a built in mic, USB-C in and Micro-HDMI, however I hope that this one is better.

Either case, my plan is to actually start recording my mother's and mother-in-law's cooking. They both are amazing cooks and I want to preserve their cooking style. From there, have them narrate with voice over unless the audio from these is exceptionally better.
