I see the coupon on my Amazon account, no Prime.
I'm running a cheap Chinesium cooler on my i5-12400 that I bought in China for $8; twin tower design with two fans. CPU temp hovers between 30-35C when idle. 57C at 100% usage.
Cheap CPU coolers are totally fine imo. More than enough for <100W chips.
