With this bundle the 1-year Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion pack is only $25 rather than $50, and it allows you to get free access to the enhanced switch 2 versions of BoTW and ToTK along with the expansion pack for Mario Kart 8 and Animal Crossing (you need to already own the Switch 1 versions of those games to get access to that content). Those all range from $10 to $25 on their own. Additionally, you get access to classic NES, SNES, GBA, N64, and now (exclusively on Switch 2) GameCube games. Note that after downloading you do not need to be online to play those games.

Of course, it includes the benefits from the standard $20 Nintendo Switch Online features like online multiplayer and cloud saves.

For me, flawless emulation of those games is pretty nice and worth having the subscription for alone.

Lots of sales tax holidays start today, bummer being over $500 disqualifies this from Ohio's. Keep that in mind because Walmart and Target both have them in-stock and that's a $35+ savings from taxes for anyone that applies to. Was looking at Target because I have a Target card so Mario bundle is $475 qualifies for no taxes, this bundle + taxes is $560 for me, NSO+Expansion can be had for $50 or less.

Here's the individual prices for each item.
The switch 2 is $450, mario kart world is $80, NSO with expansion is $50.

Total is $580. This bundle is $525 so $55 savings. That being said NSO might not be in your interest and there is a bundle with switch 2 and Mario kart for $500 that is sold pretty much everywhere where they sell switch 2s

Today, Nintendo officially announced price increase to some of it's products starting Aug 3rd. No changes to Switch 2 price as of today but the accessories will go up likely due to tariffs.

You get the HD version of BOTY and TOTK games with it. If you have the base games I would suggest revisiting them. My biggest beef is for the price that they are they should absolutely have included the DLC for BOTY so people can experience that.
