Does it have something like "mid_atlantic" in the coupon name? If so, thats targeted. Amazon has been doing this a LOT recently.

Correct. It did have mid Atlantic in the code. I'm guessing this might apply to other filament deals as well?Either way, $6.71 + tax is slick in my book, regardless of the quality. I also like that it's not a cardboard spool - they're a pain with my ams lite enclosure

That coupon is only going to work for a very small group of people. If you're lucky, you'll find it on other listings. $6.71/KG is good though.

Update: They lowered the price again. Now it's $8.63/KG or $6.04/KG if you use your targeted coupon code.
