Right now I have to wait until August 8th for the next step of the dispute process with Chase. Aliexpress support has been zero help after telling me to return it for a refund but pay shipping on my own. FedEx quoted me 560 dollars for shipment back to California which I'm not willing to do since I have no packing materials (box destroyed on the way to me) and no guarantee I'll get a refund if I ship literal garbage back as the seller has to approve it once returned. I'm throwing the bike out either way as it's so damaged and missing everything to put it together that its worthless. The battery was even left in the on position during shipping and you could tell this was a used bike before they threw it in the box lose without any padding just a bike in a big box... the fork is completely bent and the head's top screw holes are broken off completely to top it off.
