great price. I have had one for about 6 months now. Works great with no interruptions or resets. Only downside is that it only has bluetooth, so if you want to monitor this or control it via Home Assistant you will have to use some addons that are sometime finickey due to BT encryption, rather than always on wifi

I'm wondering if BLUETTI honor the warranty for the products purchased from Ali?

aliexpress, I have to ask, is this real?
cause I was going to pick up a DELTA 2 1800W 1024Wh for $467 (not a deal, but need something for my scope when I take my astronomy trip coming up).
This seems like a great price?

I've read from others here that they will not honor warranty when buying from AliExpress

OP does that to avoid triggering deal alerts for price error.

Cool, if only you could alert on multiple words and negate other words

my newest ac180 have come defective where it shorts out if there is a brown out or blip due to something with a load turning on on the circuit. Bluetti refuses to acknowledge this and told me the device was fine and sent it back to me. It causes the UPS function to just disconnect even though power wasn't lost for more than a second (it doesnt come back on after a short - it waits for you to reset the device).

Just beware - funny thing is my weaker AC70 has no problem with brownouts. Don't know what is wrong with the AC180s might be why these things have been on fire sale.

I've bought an ac70 and ac180 so far from their aliexpress store without issue.

Buyer beware, this is not the official bluetti store on aliexpress, and has a low number of reviews. I bought this same AC180 unit from another "Bluetti Storefront" and it was DOA.

Could it be this grid adaption mode?

I'm interested in this because of the capacity but the horror stories with customer service give me some serious pause.

This price is great though, but wondering if the delta 3 plus is just a safer bet.

I'm part of a thread on the Bluetti forums covering this issue, but this seems to be popping up with new units coming from bluetti. That post is from 2 days ago! Anyway, I'll look into it but I've changed all the settings even power lifting mode is on and eco is off- all of things you shouldn't have to do for normal stuff (it's my audio receiver that jolts the room). Something is wrong with the units and though annoying, I usually just unplug it from the wall transfer to battery mode and boot my receiver then plug it back into the wall. It's more of the feeling that something is wrong and do I want to risk fire or something blowing up when I'm not there since it's electrical issues!

You don't want power lifting mode on for electronics - it's just for resistive (heating etc) loads that can take the reduction in voltage.
