All I can say is that it's NOT electric, and designing the handle in that shape is both misleading and dumb since now you have to turn an oversize rectangular block by hand (it does not appear to ratchet)

Based on my admittedly limited understanding after living in China for 18 years, I'd say that most people there actually lack a DIY mindset. Instead, they tend to prefer hiring professionals for repairs — which makes sense, given how cheap skilled labor can be. For example, I once had my Sony A7R4 and DJI gear repaired, and the labor cost me less than $30 in total.

I have the electric version of this set. Great for making your own speaker cables, sizing a Watch bracelet and so many simple, small uses around the house.

Never seen an AliExpress post before, I assumed they weren't allowed on slickdeals or something. Considering there are tons of amazing deals on there, especially pre-tariffs.

Not just China, but Asia in general. Labor is cheap and most home improvement are all custom made because standards are not established. It is very different from US.

I got the same thing. I refreshed the page and tried again, and it worked. Actual cost was 19.24 after some fee.

Lol they literally made this the nonelectric version and called the power switch a fidget slide. This product is likely created to trick buyers into thinking they got the electric one, because using that handle is definitely not ergonomic or efficient.
