My only comments are 32GB of RAM is not really needed- so this would have been even more tempting at 16GB of RAM and closer to $650. And I don't really know how this performs thermally. Some pre-builts are unfortunately toasters.
Detailed Specs can be found here
1x HDMI 2.1, 3x DisplayPort 1.4a
I currently have a triple monitor setup (two QHD via DP; one FHD via HDMI) -- no gaming, just office work and video editing... and I want to ensure this will support it. I'm confident it does, but...

Newegg specs make me wonder what's going on though:
https://www.newegg.com/asus-rog-s...883221780R
ASUS specs for similar but not identical rigs: https://rog.asus.com/us/desktops/...ries/spec/
Best that I can figure, the onboard video is 1x HDMI and 1x DP, but the reason why Newegg and ASUS say 1x HDMI 3x DP is because the GPU has 1x HDMI 3x DP.
The other thing that weirds me out is how the still-in-production ASUS units say 8x SATA even though I see just 4x SATA on the mobo. Maybe the higher-end ASUS units use different mobos?
Anyway, even though the ebay rig's mobo is cheap-looking, I'm excited about this rig because if the rest of the Newegg specs are accurate, then it's super easy to upgrade:
750W Gold PSU can handle powerful CPUs and GPUs
32GB of RAM is good. Slow RAM can slightly harm performance, but worst case you can upgrade it easily. Or let this rig age out and eventually become someone's non-gaming, websurfing PC in which case 32GB of slow RAM is way better than 16GB of fast RAM.
AM5 socket is great. Hopefully the mobo is built well enough to handle a heavy air cooler, but even if not, a 9800X3D uses little energy when gaming, so a light Hyper 212 style air cooler would be ok, assuming the case is wide enough to mount one.
The chassis is the biggest concern for me, for air cooler height purposes, as well as GPU length. It's hard to estimate the chassis max GPU length from the data available. But if the newegg specs are right, then it has the same chassis as the rest of the G15DS line, so it might be able to handle significantly longer cards than the 9" GPU that it comes with.
The target market for this rig is probably 1080p gamers on a strict budget who can't upgrade anything for a long time, in which case 8GB VRAM is fine for now; you can turn settings down a bit (so a game looks worse but still runs), or use DLSS to save a bit of VRAM. Or you can do like I do and mostly stick to playing esports titles, casual games, and older games.
Per Steam hardware surveys, the average gamer is running something like a 3060 Ti 8GB or worse, on a 1080p screen. So Gamedevs aren't going to ditch 8GB GPUs for a while. They will make sure there are ways to make do with 8GB VRAM by turning down settings.
Worst case scenario, you can sell the GPU now or later, and upgrade to a 16GB VRAM card.
As cheap prebuilts go, this seems like a good deal assuming the chassis is big enough for a bit of upgradeability.
though the topline is not quite there, but on par with the infamous 14th gen. The great thing is the power consumption/thermal improved by a leap. I'd be very happy to trade a little performance with the efficiency gain. For majority, a few fps is not that critical. If price is right, it's a great buy.
Ryzen 5 7600x is often compare to i5-13600k
Here is INTEL's admission of the fault with CPUS.
Based on extensive analysis of Intel Core 13th/14th Gen desktop processors returned to us due to instability issues, we have determined that elevated operating voltage is causing instability issues in some 13th/14th Gen desktop processors. Our analysis of returned processors confirms that the elevated operating voltage is stemming from a microcode algorithm resulting in incorrect voltage requests to the processor.

It's not just influlencer saying some non sense.
I'm just commenting on someone saying They will be all over it if it was intel chip.
IMO. Ryzen from this gen does not have the voltage issue of Intel chips. ( 13th, 14th )
"We sincerely appreciate your purchase. As a matter of policy, we check all units before shipping, even if the unit is a manufacturer-refurbished item. Unfortunately, the desktop has a booting/resetting defect. We understand that if we ship it to you, it will likely return to us immediately, causing you further inconvenience. A replacement has been requested from Asus, but it is currently out of stock. Please let us know if you would like to wait for a replacement or cancel your order and receive a full refund. Asus did not give us a timeline for the replacement. The last time we waited for a replacement, it took more than 4 months.
Sorry for the inconvenien ce"
