The 4050 should be anywhere between 1.5-3x the performance of the Vega. And the 4050 is still generally over 2x the performance of AMD's 780m graphics which until the recent Strix Point releases was the most powerful integrated GPU.
If you were comparing it to the highest performance desktop Vega, then the mobile 4050 is pretty much neck and neck with it.

Heavier, but this is a full 4060 w/140W TDP (Realistically only 115W)
EDIT: Also better color gamut (100% SRGB). Wish it was brighter than 300 nits, but I've seen worse.
