The fountain was $29.97 in my local warehouse the other day. They may have sent them back to make this bundle, because they were there every day and then they all just vanished.

My local Costco still had this (stand-alone garden) at $49.95 yesterday. Online may be a better deal depending on your location. These are clearly on the way out.
