Arm & hammer does not contain aluminum and it's not antiperspirant.

This one contains aluminum if that is important to you.

Never used arm and hammer but I switch back and forth between this and the degree cool rush. The are and thing just a different scent. They are clear so they don't stain or streak on your clothes.
