If you have elderly parents that need to track their blood pressure, I highly recommend you get a smart one like Omron which synchs with my mom's cell phone over Bluetooth. It's a game changer when you try answer the doctors questions if and when blood pressure was taken as well as seeing the results remotely on my cell phone. I'd say that's significantly more valuable than the cost of these cheap ones.

Don't know about this one but I'm happy with the Withings bpm monitor. Costs ~$100, battery lasts a long time, one button operation, results stored on unit and syncs to cloud/phone, displays results with helpful colors. App has charts you can share with your doctor.

I bought one from the last deal. I think it's ok. The arm band is made for elephants. it's extra long and there is too much Velcro around it.

in terms of accuracy it's about 5-10% higher than my other monitor. which I think it's ok.

For $13. I think it's a good price for a second blood pressure monitor.
