How is this too high? Top of the line SoC and specs.

Samsung equivalent is at least 2x the price.

I guess BMW should also sell their cars for the price of a Pinto then.

The knock on Lenovo for updates is valid though, they usually won't support it after the first year.
huh? you seriously think this was worth the $770 before these stacked discounts?

I had this tablet for 2 weeks then had to return it, the track pad is garbage, sometimes not recognizing my input. Also, no where to store the pen, and no external monitor support.

I think you're trolling or had a different tablet. The pen literally attaches magnetically to the device for storage and charging (just like iPad does) as shown in images on the page and in documentation.
Also, the USB-C port supports USB-DP out. So yes, it supports external monitors. https://psref.lenovo.com/syspool/...s_Spec.pdf

Was certainly tempted, but I think it's a tough sell when ipad air m2 13" was selling for 399 (ymmv): https://slickdeals.net/f/18500485-ymmv-apple-ipad-air-m2-13-inch-grey-staples-instore-399-46?attrsrc=Personalization%3AInterspersed%3ATrue&src=frontpage_disco
Try to find one. How much is your time worth? If you want to spend a few days and gallons of gas travelling to all the staples around you to find one of these on clearance, by all means go for it as it's a great deal for an M2 13" iPad. Sure, only half the storage, 60 HZ screen, no pen or keyboard.. but if you just want a lot of screen real estate with iOS then go for it!

Got mine yesterday. Screen is beautiful and speakers are pretty great for a tablet. Still tinkering, but so far a happy camper. Haven't been able to connect an external display and also get power delivery to work simultaneously, but this might just be a problem with the cables I have. With some cables, the video works but PD doesn't, and vice versa.
