unreal that $75 is "slick deal" for a Nintendo pro controller and the Tariffs are going to spike prices even more.

You can use 8bitdo, but I think you'll be missing a couple of features, like the grip buttons and the ability to turn on the Switch.

I have both. 8bitdo ultimate 2 bluetooth does have grip buttons and much more. Turning on the switch will eventually come through a firmware update.

That said, Switch 2 Pro Controller is the best i've ever used.

If you just need controllers for multi player, switch 1 controllers work on the 2.

Nintendo apparently made it difficult to wake the switch 2, so currently not in the cards for the 8bitdo pro 3. Some company just figured it out though:

Yea. Just check amazon or temu. Doesnt turn on the switch but does everything else for 1/8 of the price here

8bitdo is the closest at the moment other than a Switch 1 Pro Controller.

Walmart had them on sale for $49.99 B&M locally today.
