Technically correct and the answer to his question.

Digging deeper depending on the fridge, the temperature, and how often it's open you're looking between 10 to 14 hrs probably.

Is it a stupid idea to use this permanently for your home networking (modem + access point) and not rely on home electricity? Though that's an expensive way to power just a modem + access point.

2000W Rated, 4000W Surge peak, so it would handle all regular sized refrigerators afaik.

Not stupid, but how are you going to charge the battery? Unless you have your modem outside or near the outside and run a long extension cord you are not going to be able to charge the battery with the solar panels and plug in your modem at the same time.

I have the jackery 3000 with 400W panels and I like it a lot but to use it permanently is not practical unless you want extension cords running all over your house.

Exactly what I bought it for. We lost power during a bad storm this spring. Cell service was down as well. Tornado barreling towards our house and we would have had zero communication if not for this device. Watched the tornado go by through our window about a half mile south of us. Scary situation.
Plug Jackery into wall to keep charged, network gear into Jackery, never dropped a ping.

Too bad they are not including a 200w solar Panel, according to Jackery Website, 100w Solar Panel that is included will take 18hrs to fully Charge. 9hrs with a 200w solar panel.

Details to help people Math this one...

- A regular full size fridge uses 90-120Wh of electricity to run compressor and fans.
- It doesn't run all the time.
- They usually do a defrosting every 12-16 hours which uses 300-400Wh for 30-45 minutes.

I hooked up a matter smart switch the monitors energy use. My medium sized refrigerator uses surprisingly small amount, like 70 watts, on half the time, probably less in winter. Defrosting did jack up to like 150. Now all compressors will spike energy use when they first come on, but that is pretty short like seconds. My 5 cubic foot chest freeze without defrost use even less energy, on about half the time.

Get a cheap wireless temperature gauge, Amazon has some good ones with three sensors, for around $25. This way you know what is happening without opening your device during a power outage. You don' need to keep the fridge or freezer plugged in all the time to your battery.

Also try to anticipate power outages and freeze some bottles of water. This will keep stuff colder longer. Just be sure to squeeze the bottle before freezing so it doesn't expand and explode. Last power outage I had I went and bought some bags of ice and put them in the freezer.
