In addition to the other limitations people mentioned, I find it really hard to spend higher amounts of rewards because the redemption levels are $10, $20, and $50. So if you have $39 in Walgreens cash and are placing an order for $39, the system will only allow you to redeem $20 on that order. Then with $19 in rewards left, you can only redeem $10 on your next order.

Try the app. For no reason I can see, I get $40 with the app and only $25 with the site.

Aug20 only took off 10 bucks for me not 12.50 and only gave me 24 Walgreens cash. Using Aug15 applies the correct discount if 7.50 and increased Walgreens cash to 39.

Walgreens cash/rewards cannot be redeemed like credit or gift card. It will only apply a partial amount to your purchase

Be careful about using existing Walgreens points for this order. When I applied $3.00 of existing points it reduced my reward points for the order down to about $24 instead of $39.52. I went back and changed points used back to 0 and my reward for this order returned to $39.52.

Yes.
Walgreens Cash rewards expire one year after they are earned or if an account has been inactive for 6 months whichever happens first. Your account is deemed inactive if you have not used your membership in store or online.

I added tide pods downy Xl 9 ct to my pick up order that was $5.49. Applied a $3.05 off tide coupon. Then added the aug20 code and got 10 off my order.
My total was $42.40 (tide pods and toothbrush) plus $39 reward. Slickdeal!

I used the AUG20 on app and it said $39 in rewards (on web it said $24) but it actually gave me $24 after picking it up. Should've just used the AUG15 code

lol. Tried ordering from 4 different stores. All 4 canceled (probably because employee was too lazy to get the keys for the electric toothbrush/electric razor case(s)).
