This all not required items. No camera and one key pad is enough. would have been great deal with at-least one flood light camera.

Considering that the flood light cameras are in the $150 +/- range, that would have been a price mistake.

This is a solid deal on a good product.

I've had ring security for almost 8 years now, am yet to use the keypad

Not required. You could monitor it yourself from the app. But without subscription you do not get backup 3G if your internet goes out and you do not get professional monitoring which if your alarm goes off you can have the Ring company call you and send out police. On a side note it was $99 for a year but now it just went up to $199 for a year for these features.
