Looks like the same model I got at costco for $249. Great , sharp, good colors. Only complaint is the awkward power on/off switching using a sort of joystick button on the underside of the screen - you'll get used to it.

LOL...SRGB is the narrowest spectrum. If it cant do 100% SRGB, that means it cant do the other color spaces with any justice or authority. NOT for color accuracy.

I've got a similar LG 4k monitor and the freesync range is 40-60hz. Not nothing or completely useless but certainly not huge. Not a big enough range to do Low framerate compensation (LFC) and doesn't give you any headroom to go past 60fps without running into sync or screen tearing issues.

How often do you have to turn off power?

Is this not good for PS5?

I don't think this is a good deal. I bought the 144Hz variant for not much more than this.

32" ViewFinity S7 (S70D) 4K UHD IPS HDR10 deal for $200 with EDU account seems like a better deal.

I am not sure it will power down fully with no signal and have not checked that out, so - every time I finish using it, for now.

Mine does go into a sleep state automatically when there is no signal and it's pretty quick. I haven't pulled out a power meter to see what mine measures in that mode but the Staples specs say that it should be .5w. I'm not sure if manually powering off with the button actually lowers that any.

I do end up using mine quite a bit because I have my Gaming PC and my work laptop both hooked up so I'm switching inputs regularly. Unfortunately, LG doesn't seem to do any automatic input switching on any of the LG monitors I've had and it doesn't have dedicated buttons.

Check the energy settings, I never had to turn off any of my monitors in last 10-15 years.
