Good stuff. I would have gotten this if i didnt already got the pro 7i 5070ti from microcenter for 1760.

Mines was 2x1tb. Faster 6400mhz ram. Higher refresh oled 240 vs 165. Bigger 99.9whr
vs 80whr battery but it only matters if ur using it unplugged. 400watt vs 245watt charger. 3rd fan cooling vs 2. Quad speakers va dual. Full zone rgb vs 24zone rgb keyboard.

Definitely worth the extra money if u can get then pro 7i on sale.

I will post that there is cash back on which the name i cannot mention that gives 10% back.
Makes the deal extra juicy.

Also as of a few days ago Amex blue cash has 75/750 spend. Business account had 10% flat.

Yup code is dead it looks like. Had the 5070 in my cart with both codes and worked. Added this laptop and only EXTRAFIVE works now.

If the discounts no longer works, it was a smoking deal. Relieved I bought yesterday for 1,543.88 with both coupons and student discount on top. Lenovo allows split payment: Amex Plat: spend 900 get 90 and Amex BBP straight 10% up to $100. Of course that just covers sales tax, but good enough. If you were to buy two laptops, would increase the discount percentage across the entire sale order for another $40-60. However, I don't know if you were to return second laptop if the discount price would be adjusted or not.

Just like you, I placed an order yesterday for $1,539 using coupons and a student discount. On top of that, I had two Amex card offers for Lenovo—spend $750, get $75 back, so I split payment and saved an additional $150.

Nice deal. $1700ish is a great price for a 5070 Ti Mobile (a huge jump up from the 5070) from a very solid manufacturer. Only wish Lenovo put 5080 in the Legion 5 series as they are lighter than the Legion Pro 7

I think the difference between Pro 5i and 7 was a half pound. 5.4x or 5.5x vs 6? Whats a half a pound after 5 The real deal is with the Legion 7 at 4.5 but have since learned that it is stuck w/ 5060 or 5070 8gb
