Any comments on these? Most "long lasting" rawhide-free chew treats take my dog about 10 seconds to devour. I usually get her Oinkies or Walmart's knock-off pig hide rolls because they last her a bit at least, although I'd love to find something that isn't cowhide or pig hide but takes a while to chew up.

I used to get cow hooves years ago, but they have quadrupled in price. They do last a long time and most dogs like them. Try the light colored ones if possible. They aren't quite as hard and don't smell as bad as the dark ones. For reference, they used to sell them loose at pet shops for $.25 each.

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll see what I find. Not sure what to get because tons of people online will tell you that item X is wonderful, while tons will also tell you that item X is dangerous and killed their dog before giving them the finger, committing identity fraud against them, and ruining their lives.

I'm not saying how safe they are or not, but I never had any problems. Definitely go for the light colored ones if you go that way. Unfortunately I mostly see the dark ones . I've had problems with the yak cheese because it's so hard. My dogs won't chew antlers but that's another decent choice, albeit expensive. The marrow bones at the supermarket are very hard also, and I think my dog cracked a tooth on one. Bully sticks last a bit but also expensive. My dogs reject most rawhide, so I have the same issues.
