Bought these on a slick deal back in April and have been using them weekly since. They offer great support and have held up well. Just ordered a second pair!

Does these actually work?

I lift weights and at my old age of 39, I'd like to lower risk of injury as much as I can when lifting heavy.

I think it works. I have an tennis/golfers elbow and I use something similar (not this exact ones) which are worn before the joint, it takes the pressure off the joint where the ligament is bolted in and is the tender spot for me. My PT recommended it and it provided relief whenever I lift the weight.

Thanks. Just got back into the gym the last couple months and noticed I was getting a "fever" in the back of one of my elbows after lifting. Apparently it's some sort of elbow bursitis. Compression is supposed to help, so will give these a shot!

I bought these ones. And I used them when lifting weight, even in day to day life. It provided a lot of relief. I lost them so going to get another set.
