anybody have experience with this lock? I have eufy/Anker products that are great
I have the version with the video screen on the back and the palm scanning is pretty convenient and accurate. it's pretty easy to install and setup and the app seems user friendly. This is my first Eufy product so I don't know any specifics yet on any updates they've made or quirks since I just recently purchased the lock within the last 2 weeks, but I'm happy with it so far.

I also have this with the screen in the back. The issues for me that I have experienced for the past 3 weeks is one, having the door open for too long and the deadbolt starts to lock itself. My kids don't notice it and try to shut the door with the hinge in locked position. Second, would be the notifications of the lock going off sometimes it will say "Excuse me, can I help you?" even after you have closed the door and locked. I don't know if I have a faulty one or not. But everything else works fine. Maybe a new update may fix the issue hopefully. Since this device was released this year.

I think it defaults to auto locking after 5 minutes (that's the most you can choose in the auto lock settings) as a safety feature? I haven't heard that "Excuse me, can I help you?" issue on mine, strange.
