If Laptops actually had any bezels still, this would be great for just sticking on the side of the screen. Kind of the same thing for tablets.

Anyone know if a hub that has USB-C ports that provide power as well as data? I know the gist device gets power, but I'm looking for one where the downstream USBC port also has power to charge a device.

None if these hubs seem to have that feature…

None if these hubs seem to have that feature…
Generally that's going to be an actual dock, which is the $100+ territory. Or a powered USB hub if that's your only use-case.

Ok thanks. Yeah, I think I'm gonna go to the powered USB-C hub route.. I really just need the USB ports, not the other stuff

I would just prefer a USB-C port and use what ever length cable one needs.
