Yes. Ship it in the summer when it'll be in a 105 degree delivery van for days, and then sit on my 88 degree porch for a day. Just a consideration.

I don't think magnesium oxide is affected by heat. Either way I would steer clear of magnesium oxide and citrate since they aren't nearly as effective and they can cause stomach issues in people. I would say try a magnesium glycinate.

This is a 110-day supply (one per day) so one bottle will last almost 4 months.

Not a doctor but married to one... Oxide is still #1 recommended by neurologists for migraine prevention and does help buffer some acid for those struggling with acid reflux before bed (although there are better options). It's best to take it with food.

The formulation of magnesium you purchase should really be based on what your intention with it are. If you are deficient in Magnesium then something like Glycinate is given. It also helps with sleep/ relaxation. If you are constipated, hydroxide or citrate are best. Oxide is a fine choice despite it not being absorbed the best.

I'd go for Magnesium Aspartate if you're working out or Magnesium Glycinate for anxiety/relaxation.

Magnesium Aspartate vs Oxide

Magnesium aspartate and magnesium oxide are two different forms of magnesium supplements that differ significantly in bioavailability and absorption. Magnesium aspartate, an organic salt formed from magnesium and aspartic acid, is generally considered to have higher bioavailability compared to magnesium oxide, an inorganic salt. Research indicates that organic magnesium salts like aspartate demonstrate greater oral absorption and water solubility than less soluble forms such as magnesium oxide.
Magnesium oxide contains a high amount of elemental magnesium and is commonly used due to its low cost, but it has a relatively low absorption rate—estimated at around 4%—meaning much of it passes through the digestive system unabsorbed. This unabsorbed magnesium can exert a laxative effect, which is sometimes utilized therapeutically for constipation.
