This is a good way to get started with the 18v Milwaukee system but you will be thirsting for the FUEL SURGE tools before long, thats where the real power is. Most people will honestly be happier long term getting the 12V FUEL version of the same tool, similar price (when on sale) and similar performance but much more compact.

I completely agree. I am a "pro-sumer" level user and I always find myself going for my 12V Milwaukee drill and driver. I only pull out the 18V stuff for heavy duty jobs.
