Only 3 in stock, even in Miami, so this deal is essentially for 3 people who happen to have a Micro Center nearby. Not to mention, this would trigger an alert for several users who would click on it only to be disappointed by the unavailability.

Microcenter also has the 16" M4 Max 16C/40C 48GB 1TB for 2915.99. Salesman told me they're clearing out the SKU so they've got "orange sticker" discounts. Handful left at St. Davids, other stores nearby seem sold out. Edit: Just checked and now they're sold out there too. I bought one yesterday. That store still has stock on higher spec M3 Max 16" like 64G / 4TB for 3070.54.
