I would look if the blades were made for USA.if purchase was at WM or AMZ
Gilllette makes lower quality blades for low income countries which are not supposed to be sold in the US. They just do not last long as the blades made for US.

What happens when the store cannot fulfil one or more of the items? I cannot go back and re-order since the coupons were already used.

Call the local store and have them cancel the order for you. Coupons will become available again. But, more importantly, why not just order for shipping? You are spending enough to qualify for free shipping, and shipping is more guaranteed than local pickup (items are shipped from stores that have them in stock even if it means WG has to ship separately).
