just picked this up last week for $50. Its about how much its worth IMO. found that you need to rotate the pizza half way thru cooking or it wont cook evenly. Also notice a lot of steam/smoke seeps thru the front door. Not a huge deal but will most likely trigger the smoke detector.

If you ever watch a pizzeria in action, especially those that are coal fired. Not domino's, etc. They must rotate the pizza because the heat source is centered in one location. So rotating creates an even Bake. I not expert but I think that is the necessity.

I have this oven and if you know how to make pizza correct it won't "smoke". Also almost every single pizza oven experience benefits from you from turning your pizza around halfway through. This is an excellent model. Good quality and it goes to 750f if needed. Maybe why a lot of you are burning your frozen pizzas putting it on full blast ….

(Will likely trigger a smoke detector ? So it hasn't happened for you ? LOL)

(A good preheat also benefits the pizza being cooked more evenly)
