Before I switched to a different 3-in-1 charger, I was using this one. Like a week or so before 1 year, it stopped charging the watch (it would initially show charging, then it would immediately stop). Reached out to their support, prompt reply, received a replacement free of charge and wasn't required to send the original back. Lisen, for me, has been great (products and support). I really liked this charger and traveled with it a few times.

Today I learned that the watch circle lifts up on this, despite having this since of February it never occurred to me to check if the watch circle lifts up. But seeing the picture, I said "that watch circle is lifted" and I walked over to mine and sure enough to watch circle lifts.

The flat watch circle has been my only complaint about this since I've had it otherwise it's great. It's the form factor I like and it folds up for travel but the flat white circle made it annoying

And now the one problem I have is gone.
