Alkaline water has been proven by experts to be a scam (your body regulates pH on its own), and the electrolytes in it are so insignificant that they probably shouldn't even legally be allowed to mention it on the front of the can. So I guess if it's worth the price for canned water for you, this is fine, but I wouldn't pay that price for it.

Bottled water in general is a scam. At least it's not in plastic.
