The color isn't the biggest problem. They fall apart pretty quickly. I've gone through two. First one I bought, the second I think I had warranty replaced and each only lasted a few months. Not great considering I have multiple wallets in different colors that I swap regularly. My Apple, Nomad, Pelican and no name TJ Maxx wallets are still fine after many years.

I bought this (in black) in 2023 for $12 -- talk about an unrealistic MSRP. Anyway, would not recommend as it's very hard to slide even one card in and out of the slots.

There are still retailers, including the biggest of all, that either don't accept NFC payments or force their own version of it. For that, a physical card is still relevant in the same vain I can't use Apple Pay to withdraw from an ATM.

This particular one though is not as good as a regular Apple wallet
