Fyi if you want a good gaming laptop, you want to get something better than a 5050. 5060 at least. Unless you are fine playing every demanding game that comes out on the lowest settings

CPU is 3 generations old for what it's worth and doesn't have "AI" features if that's important to you. I do like the 15.1 form factor though, smaller then the typical 15" laptops but bigger then 14" ones.

5050 mobile is not that bad. It has gddr7 for mobile. With DLSS 4, it should be run all the newer games close to max on 1080p (minus path tracing/RT)
With that said, doesn't make sense to add it to this laptop tho. It's meant for $700 budget gaming laptop.

It definitely would be. 5060 would probably be a SMALL upgrade on your 4070, but not a 5050.
